Travel Into India – Payment Gateway
General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions regulate the Online Credit Card Payment Facility provided by Travel Into India through its payment gateway.

1. Definitions

1.1 Foreign Agent: Any tour operator, travel agency, or individual making payment for ground handling services (booked offline as per terms in the Proforma Invoice, contract, or email correspondence) using the online payment facility through the payment gateway for themselves or their clients.

1.2 Merchant: Travel Into India, which owns, manages, and operates the website www.travelintoindia.com.

1.3 Facility: The online payment service provided to Foreign Agents who agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. The service is provided with reasonable care and skill and is available 24×7.

2. Contractual Applicability

These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the contract between the Foreign Agent and Travel Into India.

3. Credit Card Validation

The payment gateway provider will validate the credit card details provided during a transaction.

4. Discretionary Service

The Facility is provided at the sole discretion of Travel Into India, which reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Facility (wholly or partly) without prior notice. Continued use of the Facility constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. No Charge Slip Requirement

Foreign Agents acknowledge that no physical charge slip will be signed during online transactions. In case of any dispute regarding authenticity, the Foreign Agent remains liable for the outstanding amount for services booked or utilized.

6. No Obligation to Verify

Travel Into India has no obligation to verify the authenticity of any online payment initiated by the Foreign Agent.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Arki, Himachal Pradesh, India.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 During transactions, Travel Into India may access confidential information. The company is committed to protecting such information and ensures confidentiality during transmission.
9.2 Disclosure will only occur in good faith to:

  • Comply with legal requirements;
  • Protect Travel Into India’s rights;
  • Enforce these Terms;
  • Protect the Foreign Agent’s interests.

9.3 The Foreign Agent authorizes Travel Into India to share transaction details with affiliates, banks, financial institutions, credit bureaus, or as required by law.

10. Amendments

Travel Into India reserves the right to amend, revise, or cancel any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued usage constitutes acceptance.

11. No Waiver of Rights

Failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such rights in the future.

12. Disclaimer

Foreign Agents are solely responsible for ensuring accuracy of details entered during online payment. Travel Into India shall not be liable for errors provided by the Foreign Agent.

13. Rights Reserved

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Travel Into India.

14. Charges

Transactions made using the Facility will attract the following charges:

  • 2.2% for MasterCard/Visa transactions;
  • 3.6% for American Express transactions.
  • Transaction charges are subject to change depends upon time-to-time amendments of government norms.

15. Cancellations

Cancellations of services for which payments have been made are subject to the Merchant’s cancellation policy as agreed prior to booking.

16. Refunds

Payments made via the online gateway are non-refundable under any circumstances. Unutilized amounts may be adjusted as an advance for future services.

17. Liability

Travel Into India shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of transaction authorization, including but not limited to cases where the cardholder exceeds preset credit limits agreed with the acquiring bank.
