Travel Into India values its customers and strives to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness and compliance with industry standards. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any bookings. The terms outlined here are general and may be superseded by conditions specific to your reservation, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking and are effective on the day we receive them. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 15–30 working days after deducting applicable charges.
As we incur substantial costs and losses on cancellation, we will apply the following charges: Number of days prior to departure when cancellation notice received. Cancellation charge as percentage of total holiday price.
Up to 70 days – Forfeit Deposit
69–43 days – 50%
42–31 Days – 75%
30 Days or less – 100%
Note: These penalties are in addition to any non-refundable components of the booking, such as airfare, visas, insurance, or third-party costs. If we are able to recover any of our losses from suppliers, we will refund those amounts to you, subject to a reasonable administration fee.
Air tickets, train tickets, visas, travel insurance, and any government levies are strictly non-refundable once issued. Certain hotel bookings, luxury train reservations, and third-party services may carry 100% cancellation charges, regardless of notice period.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will make every effort to negotiate refunds or future travel credits. However, full refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Failure to show up for any booked service without prior notice will be treated as a No Show, and the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
It may occasionally be necessary for us to make changes to advertised products and services, and we reserve the right to do so. If the change is minor, we will try to notify you in advance but are not obliged to and no compensation is payable. If the change is material (e.g., flight timing change by more than 12 hours, change of destination, or downgrade in accommodation), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of:
a) Accepting alternative arrangements, orb) Arranging an alternative holiday, orc) Canceling your holiday.
In the rare event that Travel Into India cancels a booking, you will receive a full refund or an alternative arrangement at no extra cost.
Refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days after confirmation from suppliers and deduction of applicable charges.
